Default Sticky Stuff?

Can anyone tell me, or give me ideas, what companies use to stick stuff to paper...like when you get a new credit card in the mail, how it's stuck with rubbery-sticky stuff, but it comes off?? Is it rubber cement?? I'd like to send Christmas cards with a magnet "attached" to it so people can take it off & use it. Make sense?? :::sigh::: It's Monday, please excuse my lack of grammar.

I don't know much about sticky stuff but what about using the new slit punch to punch tabs to hold the magnet in?
