Default Jr Legal pad holder

Please help me, I have been in the gallery, Resources, templates, projects and cannot find what I am looking for. I have 'searched' unsuccessfully. I know you gals will be able to tell me where to find it. I am looking for a pattern, template, etc for a junior size legal pad holder. The one I'm looking for has a pocket on the left inside, and I think the c/s 'folds up" to make the pocket. I remember there wasn't much c/s on the back of the note pad because it was made from 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I would love one for 12x12 if anyone has it. Please help me find this elusive critter. Thanks so much for your help. I just love this site and ALL the peeps!!

This link has a template you can download to make the holder - I believe it's 12x12 paper

I have made them using corrugated cardboard cut to the right size and then embellished. I had white and blue cardboard.

Hi Ruth!! Michelle Wooderson has one too that has the pocket as also being the cover - here's her awesome blog post:

(scroll down to the notebook project).

Mishie's uses one sheet of 8x10 cardstock, and like mine, you'll need another sheet of 5x8 to cover the back. HTH!!!!
