I have a ton of pink cardstock left over from my daughter's birth announcements. I'd love to be able to use it for my christmas/holiday cards this year. Anyone seen any cute holiday cards using pink cardstock?
I just noticed they they all have similar layouts--LOL!! I think I was in a rut last year! I hope they help you explore pink Christmas color combos, though!
Have fun!! (and when you come up with something--you should post back on this thread so we can see!!)
I also try to use non-traditional colors and a favorite color combo of mine is Rose Red and Regal Rose. I also like Pink Passion/Pixie Pink with Green Galore/Gable Green (esp. for cards for young girls).
I'm looking forward to seeing your creation(s) as I have yet to think about cards for this year!

All of these cards are so cute!! I love using non-traditional colors too and pink is one of my favorites. to the OP if you don't mind, may I ask for advice? I planned on using the papertrey ink snowflake serenade for my cards, how would I incorporate the vintage pinks, creams etc into that? Any suggestions from you talented people would be great!!

Your post above was one of yours of noble deer. I looked in sassysabrina's gallery and assuming you meant this one? It is the only one there that has pink on it/Christmas.
We did one in a xmas stamp a stack a couple of years ago that I LOVED!! I'd post it here, but I actually didn't hoard one and sent them all out ):
Basically, the background was regal rose stamped with a circle outline stamp. The main image was the candy cane from sparkling season stamped in regal rose and then run through a xyron and glittered. So, you could still see the candy cane, but that whole panel was covered in glitter. Then a holiday sentiment finished it out.
I loved the feminine aspect of it and the non traditionalism.
And in this post the bottom two cards were stamped using pink and the Season of Joy set. While I chose to make these into birthday cards, they could easily be turned into Christmas cards with a holiday sentiment: http://stampwithdiane.blogspot.com/2...-stamping
One of my favorite last year was pink with a large silver embossed snowflake. Smaller flakes in "Claret" Palette (a darker pink) made up the background. I can't believe I don't have a photo of it! YIKES! What was I thinking?!?!?!

my first post here. Ideas are all great! I'm looking for a SU stamp "City of David". I don't know what year or if it is now in stock. Please help.
The "City of David" stamp set is still available down here in Australia. I would be willing to swap it with you for a set from your catalogue that we don't get down here.
Here is one that I did in pink last year. I used the Sakura clear glitter pen (can't think of the proper name at the moment) on it to add sparkle but can't see it in photo.
