Welcome to SEPTVSNH 9:45 Its a Wrap!!!!
REMINDER: Please put SEPTVSNH in your keywords box when you upload your creation so I can find it later for judging :p
Its a wrap - go to your wrapping paper supply and find one you like and use it somehow on a card - cut out an image to make a focal point, use it like a patterned paper, make it a background, etc.
*The first sample I did below uses the wrapping paper like a patterned paper background.
*On the second sample, I cut out a piece of the wrapping paper and used it like a focal point.
Hostesses: I will send a special little goodie out to one of the great hostesses that participates in my challenge.
I cant wait to see what everyone comes up with for this challenge! I had so much fun creating these samples I might make more wrapping paper cards!
DOH! My wrapping paper is in DS's room's closet . . . do I risk waking him up? I don't think so . . . I'll go back to commenting on gallery cards . . . .

Eeeegads...do you have any idea where my wrapping paper is?! I stopped using wrapping paper when I started stamping my own! I know I have some somewhere in the basement! It's probably with my pantyhose! What an awesome challenge! Thanks, Andrea!
Can I use patterned paper or a magazine cut out or something since there is no wrapping paper in my house either? These things should have been on the shopping list :(
AndreaSophie, I got a problem. My wrapping paper is in my DD's room in the closet and a "bomb" went off in there. You can't walk in the room, let alone get to the closet.

Sorry for asking a silly question but, I'm just coming in...how much longer for this challenge? It'll take me a couple of minutes to get my 3 sons in bed and to make the card, so just wanted to know if I have a chance at finishing this one in time or if I should wait for the next one?

that's hilarious! 'bombs' keep going off in my stamp room, but unfortunately, I can't get away from myself!! I know, TMI (too much information)!!!

Wow, I loved this one! Found a beautiful wrapping paper I bought on clearance after Christmas last year; didn't have to do much to it so it went really fast, & since I added glitter, I think I can combine it with Glitter Gals 20 minute card! I was worrying about that one; it's the only one I missed so far! Yippee, I'm back on track!

Okay, the pickins were slim in the wrapping paper department!!! I even made dh wake up and go in the garage to get it with me.....you know, the garage is creepy at night and I am totally scared of being out in the house by myself, I'm a total dork!
Location: Panama (the country), used to be Florida, but I've got an APO military address so like USA shipping

Great challenge. I never would of thought to use wrapping paper, love the idea!
My card smudged on the scanner, so hopefully its still readable. I wasn't in the mood to redo it, it was a pain to cut the paper straight since it either a) wanted to tear b) didn't want to cut c) had me cutting it with scissors which is scary!!
Please post a comment! None of my cards tonight have gotten a single comment yet...so i'm starting to feel like a loser, so before I have a pity party, please say something I don't care if its not even nice!!
My DH has repeatedly come into my stamp room tonight and asked if everyone else is playing a drinking game to see what else you can make me do. He's convinced I'm the only one actually doing this - it's just too crazy he says.
