There was a store downtown that was closing so we went to see if they were selling the book shelves and such and they were selling EVERYTHING! For $50 we got 2 bookshelves, a card rack, a paper sorter and another card holder! Plus a towel racks.
Wow, Krista, this looks great! With everything so well organized, your creativity will zoom like sky-rockets. Your hard work gives me a push to get mine better together. TFS! May God bless, Sandi

OMG...I never thought I would ever see another one of those rose arbor display racks used in a craft space! ;) My LSS went out of business and the owner had one. I went to her home and purchsed some paper/stamps/leftover stuff and saw it. Mentioned that I was intersted in it and she said if it did not fit in her space, I could buy it. Lucky for me...it did not fit in her space but sure fit in mine. She told me that hers came from a Hallmark store. I put shoe boxes and little plastic crates on my shelves. Often thought about putting metal rails on one side for punches but haven't yet.
Your display gave me some ideas. TFS

Ohhhh, I'm so jealous. Krista, what the heck do you have your ribbons in? Is it some kind of cool new ribbon holder that I have to get? I have ribbon issues. And DSP issues. And...well the list goes on.
Looks great. At first I thought the before picture was your finished project. LOL! I though oh my! LOL! Have fun and make sure you take your mom out to lunch for helping with that.

This is great!! I read this to my mom and she loved that somsone else had one as well.
I fell in love with the arbored shelves and they had 5 of them. I wanted more than one but I didn't have anywhere else to put it.

I don't have any great ribbon storage. I have 3 of the little storage boxes from Micheals and I'm almost embarrised to admit that I don't have much ribbon at all.
Wow, you must be excited to dig in and get dirty again. I know after I get cleaned up and organized I mess everything up again in no time. Creative minds make big messes I guess.
Very nice job! I could never do that with my mother. She would drive me crazy and I would have to throw her outta the house LOL!
Hahah... that sounds like my mom and my sister. They grate on each others nerves doing stuff like this. My mom and I do fine, we are both HGTV junkies so our ideas run alot alike. She really helped me clear it all out and clean up the area and help arrange the new shelving. I put it all back together.
