8/4/08 UPDATE
Tenatively looking at:
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Dates: July 24-27
Website to the location we are looking at finding the hotel: http://www.eastontowncenter.com/
The one hotel also offers shuttle service for the airport to hotel, etc.
We'll start a new thread soon (and will post it here) so we can get a feel of how many can attend. Manda and Heather will start looking for a venue.

This is the official list for the Ho's who have enterred this swap..Thank you for joining my first swap!! There a total of 40 Ho's, so that means make 40 4x6 Bio cards on yourself...

If you are a Ho..this is the swap for you..We will be making a 4x6 card (info sheet) of yourself..I have made one up and taken a picture (in gallery)so you can see what I am talking about...This a NVR..The only requirement is to make it 4x6, long way. Leave 3/4 of an inch on the left-short side. This will allow YOU to bind it or put it in a photo album, whichever you choose to do. I will give you the number that you will have to make when all Ho's have signed up. Since their are over 40 of us. you will be making 40 or so Biographies of yourself. You will ship them all to me in the usual , postage paid(both-ways) envelope. Be sure to put them in a ziplock baggie. Wehn all of the 4x6 informational Ho cards are mailed to me, I will sort them. When I mail the swap back to you. You will then have a complete book of Ho's. Look at my Bio card and be sure to include the following;Picture of you, Ho name, Birthdate, Real name, SCS name,
in the bio include what you like to do, fav color, married/single/kids/occupation/whatever,How you got your ho name..
On the back side of the card,see my pic also,decorate it and put your name and address and phone and email..any other information you would like to share. Since this is a HO only swap...it will just be for us Ho's. That is why I posted in Yoorahs thread, MWAH. I will update it right here..I hope this makes sense. I woul like to fill this up quickly and get our number by6-14-08, so put a Ho-call out please.
This could be a 40+ swap, also since I do not need two sets of these, as your HO-stess, you could just send me a 6x6 scrapbook page and a blank image.

Same here. Airfare I could do, but the accomodations rates are insane.
My last trek to Cali I spent more getting to / from and staying two outta four nights in lodgings in a neighborhood that made me uneasy ( and that's hard to do for a gal whose job requires a bulletproof vest! ) set me back more than I spent on ten days in New Orleans ( PRE Katrina ). |

We were kicking around Texas given the Ho concentration there. Of course, if Joy gets her house done on time, this may turn out to be a camping trip to Indiana since her new house WILL come with a Pole (except for Ma Ma - she gets a real bed since she always say - Nature! Get it off of me!) and is only a couple of hours from Ohio where there's another concentration of Hos ;)
