I’m so excited to be your hostess this week, as Julia is enjoying some time off with her family. I have a fun challenge for you this week. I want you to find ways to use something you would find in your spice rack. I realize that some of you may be in a situation where you do not have access to a kitchen and spices, so any food item you would find in your cupboard may be used. Let’s see how creative we can be. Be sure to use the keyword WT175 and post a link back here. Please link only NEW cards for this challenge.
This is not a race and there are no time limits. Just have fun. I can’t wait to see what you create.
I asked my sister to help with a couple of samples, so we have several samples to give you ideas.
Woohoo, this ought to be a very interesting challenge! Anytime I can eat and stamp is a good time! I've got some ideas, but they'll have to wait until later today. Thanks Melody!

Melody, this is a very interesting challenge. Wow! Well, I do have quite a few things in my spice rack that would probably be better on a card than in food. They get old way too fast. Thanks for subbing!

Oh fun.
I once had a sugar and spice card printed - I used cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar and maybe nutmegs? I'd have to find the magazine cutting. No,it was star anise now I think of it. And guess what was in the last order from my spice company. So looking forward to this. Hope I get back quickly from doing the shopping.
I couldn't wait - I had to do one before I went shopping even.
I had a good excuse, OK - there are lots of trains at this time of the morning, and it's soo easy to get stuck at the level-crossing and find the gates are down, and you don't even get through before they come down again. So it's good to go shopping later, right?
I've still got loads of spices sitting on my desk, but I'll be good and start work on some ATCs before I come back. My brain is buzzing with this one, though - thank you for such an inspiring challenge. Onion-seed shaker card
See - I've just heard a train at the station now as I uploaded, LOL. Now the gates will be open!!

16 whole days of not making a card..... oh my gosh! Well, I managed to do one this morning - all 5 kids are still sleeping and hubby left for work mega early so I sneaked into my craft room........ Here's my creation. TFL
What a fun challenge Melody!! Love the samples - the rolled oats as flowers is BRILLIANT!! I have guests so I might not be able to stamp, but I love this idea.
I made a Christmas ornament using some non-edible kitchen items for my granddaughter's first Christmas. Didn't quite turn out like I envisioned it but it is what it is! Have some ideas for some edible items and will try to get to that later today...kinda have a full plate this morning and will be back to comment later on! So here it is!!!
