Well it took me two days, but I finally finished it. I've never used wire before, so I went to my LSS to buy some, only to end up NOT using that wire, but using some floral wire I already had instead. Go figure. Although it was a good challenge for me because I had to do something new, I don't think I'm a big fan of wire. My eyes are getting bad and its hard to see the little beads and I kept injuring my poor fingers with the wire. Its to hard to bend it and keep it in the shape I wanted too. However, all that said, I'm very happy with the way my card turned out, but I'd never mass produce them. ha-ha. I chose a xmas card because It was the only thing I could think of having to do with wire. Here is is: Christmas in June by AmylovesNormaJean at Splitcoaststampers

Here's mine. It's not actually what I was planning to do. Maybe if I have a quieter week this week I'll come back to it and try plan A. Plan B was much easier as I love beading
Thank you, I enjoyed this challenge, and it's lovely looking at all the different ways people have used wire.
ps - can I share this one even though I didn't make it for this challenge. I tried my hand at knitting with wire earlier this year, LOL. Wall hanging by Cook22 at Splitcoaststampers
I haven't put WT in the keywords as I didn't make it for this week's challenge.

When this challenge was first up, something like this was one of the cards I had in mind to make. I made one about 3 years ago for a friend who is into Tigger - I did a little beaded tiger and orange springs and hoped the boing was back in her bounce.
So finally I got round to doing this one for my best friend who has just had a knee operation this week. New Springs in Your Steps

I used wire on this one too.
Not only the spiral clip, which must have been sitting in my drawers for the best part of 3 years now because I just cannot get them to work like I see them on other peoples cards, but I also crocheted very fine wire to make a strand down behind the 3 punched cirlces, and I used the end of that and another little bit to make the dangly beads.
