Has this set been retired in the past? I am assuming so because it is not in the current catty, on the retiring list or on the dormant list. Thanks for any help you can give.

What is the difference between retired stamp and dormant stamp sets?

Dormant stamp sets are still available for purchase, but are not showcased in the current catalog. Retired stamp sets are not available for purchase through SU!.
