Hello my fellow scrapbookers! I am your guest hostess for the day! I am just thrilled to get to do this!
Anyway enough already on to the challenge: For this challenge I want you to MIX IT UP!!!!!!! Designer Papers that is! And embellies! You are to use 3 different designer papers from 3 different companies. This means not three different lines of Basic Grey - three DIFFERENT companies! I promise it's not that bad! Oh and while you are at it at least 3 embellies/alphas by 3 different companies as well!
you can find all submissions for this challenge here: SBVC30
If you have any questions please feel free to contact any one of the SBCT (scrapbook challenge team)via pm or simply post your question in this thread.
Thanks for guest hosting this week. Looks like a fun challenge and I hope to get to do it this week. I definitely have a variety of manufacturers to chose from in my stash!
Wow! What a challenge. Sounds kinda busy looking. We'll see what I can come up with it. I usually use dp from the same pad, then I'm sure it matches. I haven't even finished the ribbon challenge page from last week. Was hoping to get to it tonight.
it has been too long since i was able to play in these challenges and this one is a good one to get me started again. hope to get time later today to play. thanks!
Okay. So I have time to scrap, a layout ready to pull together for this challenge and ... my little photo printer ran out of ink. UGH! And with our very limited shopping options (b/c we are overseas) means that I don't know when I'll be able to find paper and a cartridge. One of the perils of the digital camera age, I guess. I just have to keep my fingers crossed that my DH can find some when he's out today. Anyway, off to create a page using pictures I already have printed. Hope to post later! The pages already posted have been great and very inspiring!
Oh man - it's working. I have been set free from the matching paper packs
I am so with you on that. Keeping them together helps me coordinate and bring pages together quickly. This challenge is definitely a challenge, but it's good to stretch your wings now and then. Good luck to you!
Hurray! I got a page done even with the time sucking detours. This was definitely a stretch for me. I learned that you can use a circle punch to punch out a rub-on and its backing when you don't want to cut it out.

I've been gone on a camping trip and came home and the first thing I did was check out the challanges!! How sad is that!! Love this challange and can't wait to tackle it.

I know that the new SBVC has been posted but I am still on the this one. Here is the page I originally had planned before my photo printer ran out of ink.
