Very cool. I called CS and because my bill wasn't paid yet, they cancelled the subscription in the system and let me get the online one. Now that's what I call customer service.

This IS a great deal - if you live in the States. I selected the Canadian subscriber page and found a one year subscription is $22 USD. Is that really fair? I can't imagine postage is that much!!!

I just started getting it, didn't want to try it and end up getting double issues :( I am looking around on that site to see if they have any other craft magazines though

Go to Papercrafts.com and get the customer service number. They did the same thing to me and corrected it in a jiffy. They are so nice. They were hit by the hurricane too and are just getting things back in order. I got issues I had already purchased on the newstand and they corrected my start date. Then when I called yesterday to see why my bill was $30 and not $15 and what could I do about this current offer, they deleted my whole subscription and told me to order online. Really nice people.

Yes, it's monthly and it is the best magazine. It always has a great variety of ideas and techniques.
