Hello all. I am so excited to be part of the Dirty Dozen team. What an honor to be selected in to this very special group. I am amazed at the talent of the girls currently on the Dirty Dozen team and I hope to do the team justice.
I have loved crafting since I was a child. My sisters and I always laughed because I always wanted to be inside crafting and they wanted to be outside with all the animals. I still remember my Easy Bake Oven, my coloring books and my potholder loom kit. I also learned many crafts in 4-H such as knitting, crocheting and quilting. So my crafting bug continues on through my adulthood. If there is a new craft out there, I will try it. Quilting used to be my number one love but now I love card making because of the instant gratification. I still love to quilt but now as frequently as I have in the past.
A friend invited me to a stamping class at her house 11 years ago and boy did that open a new hobby for me.

I joined Splitcoaststampers in 2007 and I am still amazed at all the information you can get from their website. Currently I love watercolor but I am also a “copics” fan and still love to color. I love all aspects of card making from C & S to a detailed colored card.

I was lucky enough to retire from my job of 30 years in July and I am excited to have more time to play with all my hobbies. I also love to read any book I can get my hand on. I have lots of help from my 2 kitties (Rocky and Reggie) with my crafts. They love my craft table as much as I do. I have learned not to leave ribbon or scraps of paper on the table because I know they will be gone when I return.

So again thank you for inviting me to be part of this amazing team. I so look forward to the next 6 months.
