New Jersey
Hello! My name is Jenny Hall and I'm very excited to be sharing with you today as one of the newest members of the Dirty Dozen. It's an honor to be selected to share my creations with you and my goal is to hope I've spread just a little bit of inspiration with each project.

I have been a craft enthusiast as far back as I can remember. My parents were a big inspiration to my creative inclinations and always supported me with every new talent I explored. If I'm remembering it right, I was crocheting at about 9 years old and hand sewing shortly after. Now, as a Mom of two young boys and a wife to my loving husband, I am finding all new avenues to unleash my creative potential! I find myself getting very excited when I help someone discover a new use for a product in their lives that will enhance their artistry.

I reside in the Eastern area of the United States, in a small state called New Jersey. I have been referred to as a Jersey Girl but totally reject the title! Being born and bred in the great state of Texas for the first 40 years of my life, I will always be a Texas Girl. Add being a Dirty Girl to the list and all is now well with the world.

Crafting and creating with kids has become a special interest for me. My sons are aged seven and five and both boys have such special talents. I can see potential in them grow each day and working together on a project such as stamping out a card with animals or making number flash cards, is easily the highlight of my day. My children both have autism and I see that helping them use therapy related crafts helps to redirect their focus in a positive direction. Making cards for others is a fantastic focal point for them and helps them to learn skills at the same time. Win = Win for us all!

My style is clean and simple but I do love to include a punch of color. Bird stamps are particularly attractive to me and I find I absolutely can not help myself from adding them to my supplies. I also like nature themed projects and love watercoloring. Sharing techniques in cardmaking and scrapbooking has carried over to my YouTube channel and I am so pleased to have met so many new friends through online connections.

Thanks for taking a few moments to spend with me today and I look forward to connecting with you here at SCS!

with love,
Jenny Hall
