Hello! It is an absolute honor to be here on the Dirt Pile!

I began paper crafting in 2004 as a scrapbooker. In 2005 in was invited to my first card class and I have never looked back. I joined SCS soon after and was very active for years, until I began homeschooling my children in 2010. My time online took more of a backseat, but I was able to continue my love of paper crafting during that season of life. Being a part of daily challenges was always my favorite part of SCS and I made so many great friends - many I am still in touch with to this day. This summer, with life coming to an almost halt, I was able to play along with DTGD and that reignited my love of this place. I enjoyed Falladay Fest in November and hosted a challenge for our most recent VSN.

I am happily married to Chris and we will celebrate our 20 year anniversary in Jan 2021. We have a daughter who I graduated during the Pandemic and a son who will graduate in 2022. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and we currently live in Idaho! We are dreaming of a retirement at the beach someday.

I love all things crafty and creative. I work part time at a DIY Boutique Workshop where I help people create custom home decor and gifts. I have been teaching myself how to watercolor, paint and crochet and I love a good DIY home project.

My style is clean and simple but I love adding little details to my cards. I love anything Mixed Media related and am not afraid to get inky or messy! Learning techniques has been and still is my very favorite.

When not crafting I love to be out in the garden, hanging out with the chickens, camping or traveling to someplace new. I have an adventurous spirit and it's hard to keep me still for long.

It has always been a dream of mine to be a Dirty Girl and I feel so blessed to have been chosen this month. I cannot wait to create for all of the amazing Fan Club members and share my love of crafting with you!
