The move is complete! We are almost settled in,I still have some craft boxes to unpack. Now its time to meet other stampers and have some fun. The best way to discribe where I am is.... down the street from Kings Island amusment park. Anyone near by? We could meet for coffee and talk ink, stamps, paper ect...before I go stir crazy.

I know where you are!!!! We plan on moving to West Chester (from Dayton) in the spring so we'll be pretty close. In fact, my hubby used to work in Maineville and could see the eiffle tower from his window.
Congrats on the move. Be sure to visit the Archivers that's there in Mason!
Hello and congrats on your move to Ohio! I was born here and 33 years later, I am still here and loving it! I live in Green which is in North East Ohio, about 20 minutes from Akron or 10 Minutes from Canton.
Too funny, I grew up in Mason. You can see that tower from my bedroom window. I even worked at Kings Island before Paramount bought them out (THE BEAST RULES!!!). My dad golfs at the golf center at least 3 times a week. My folks still live there and if I didn't think my mom would drive you INSANE I would give you her information to stamp with her.
I all Ohioans!!! I am new to this craft and glad to see you all here. I am in Newark (30 miles east of Columbus). For my friends in NE Ohio, I just visited Hollo's paper for the 3rd time in three weeks. Love buying that stock by the pound. I would love to find anyone near that wants to "play". I am also looking for a new SU rep in my town.
I'm in Willard: 45 min. south of Cedar Point, and an hour and a half from Columbus (N.), Cleveland (SW) and Toledo (SE). Welcome to Ohio!!
God Bless,
victoria
Hello! Welcome to Ohio. I am in Lorain, Ohio, west of Cleveland. I grew up in Strongsville. When I was a child, my mom would take us to Hollo's in the Summer to buy paper to craft with (that was 30-some-odd years ago) -- I still go there today for some card stock, envelopes, and invitation sets.
Hello and welcome to Ohio. Born and raised here been out of state numerous times and now I'm back to stay, I think. I live just West of Akron. I've been to Hollos twice this weekend. LOL Love it.

Hi,
I'm here next to the Michigan boader in Toledo. Don't get use to these warm November days. It's a trick!! Hee Hee. It's Ohio's way of welcoming you. It is usually pretty cold this time of year. Hope you love your new home.

Kathy,
I'm in Miamisburg, about 25 miles north of you. Have you had any luck finding anyone nearby?

I grew up in Lorain! Now I live just west of Akron in Copley.
Goodness it is a small world! I grew up in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio, got married and lived in copley for a few years before we bought the house my husband grew up in, in West Akron, and now we are living in Green Raising our Kids and a bit closer to my family. REDHEADED WITCH, MARYJO MARSHALL & TSBOUGHTON, you are all three just a hop, skip and a jump from where I am! Maybe we could meet up sometime and have a coffee over a nice chat
Count me in too as a hop, skip and jump from Green! Extending my hello from the teeny-tiny town of Marshallville, Ohio! The redheaded witch, MaryJo Marshall and a bunch of others of us get together quite frequently to chat and stamp! Would love to meet you!

A long time ago we went to church at Queen of Heaven on Steese Road. Do you have kids??? My sil's would go to Green if my creep of a bil wouldn't have bribed them to live with him and his "she who won't be named" in Hudson!
Sorry...can you tell I don't like either of them. Love my ex-sil though. We will have to get together sometime when it isn't so busy though. I would like that.

Love to see another Ohioan here. I was just up in Parma a couple of weeks ago. My husband was in Independence on business, and I cropped three solid days in a comfy hotel room. One evening we drove over to Parma to go to Pat Catans. WOW! I loved that store. Cleaned up on lots of specialty paper sale. My husband went back the next week, and I sent him back for more (clear storage containers, like the ones to hold stamps in). You guys are getting winter this week, huh? Its just ridiculously cold here.
I am riding with him on a one day trip in January, and will hit Pat Catans and Hollo's again......I get shivers just thinking about it.
Welcome to Ohio! I'm a life-long resident. Born & raised in Martins Ferry (as far east as you can get in Ohio before you get to the West Virginia panhandle), spent 12 years in NE Ohio (Kent, North Canton -- very familiar with Wadsworth, Green & Cuyahoga Falls), now living in Findlay (Northwest Ohio). I've been to Hollo's a few times myself -- great place! I miss having a place like that in this area.

Hi Findlay, Ohio! I posted earlier that I live in Marshallville, but am a Northwest Ohio native of Napoleon! GO WILDCATS! We go through Findlay quite often on 75 to go home and visit family!
I am from Milfor Ohio so we are really really close to each other. Let me know and we can get together. Would love to make some new friends. Want to meet at Archivers? Let me know!

I can't type tonight...I meant to type Milford. That one letter makes a difference.
A paper supply, crafting store in Brunswick, Ohio. They sell just about any type of paper u can imagine. They also sell envelopes for 4 cents each. It is great to match envelopes with the colors of cards. They also have any invitation you can imagine. Lots of wedding invitations!

Hi there, Hollo's is absolutely wonderful!!!! I'm in Cleveland but I have a good excuse to make the trip - my daughter lives 5 minutes from there.
Welcome to Ohio. I'm in Cleveland; however, my husband is a roller coaster enthusiast and absolutely loves Kings Island and the Beast. I usually sit on the benches people watching and/or read a book. If I get lucky, perhaps on the next trip we can meet up. Is there an Archiver's in your area? On Saturdays, you can go there (for free) and crop until 5:00. From 5-11 p.m., they have a crop for $15 which includes snacks, tips and tricks and various other things.
Hi everyone! I'm from the Fremont area. About 1/2 hour from Cedar Point!
Erica
Hi Erica,
It's great to meet more Ohioian stampers! My husband has a season's pass to Cedar Point. We usually go together; however, I have no interest in amusement parks - I was wondering if there is an Archivers or a gathering place where people go to stamp or scrapbook in the area.
It'd be great to meet up with you this summer some time.
Pat in Ohio and I got together down in Fairlawn this last Saturday at Archivers and we're hoping to do it again - possibly attend a Scrapmania on a Saturday evening from 5-11.
