SHIRTS
Tell me about the shirts!
Our standard tees are 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, Gildan® brand and Port & Company® brand, the best shirt that our distributor carries.
We get these shirts in sizes up to 5X.
The fitted shirts are 95/5 cotton/spandex by Port & Company. They're a little stretchy and look great. Sizes run small,
so you might want to order a size up from your normal size. These shirts are available in sizes up to 2X.
Who prints the tees?
Our tees are printed by Eugene, Oregon screen-printer PrintWear.
How are they printed?
Our shirts are printed using spot color screen printing. Spot color printing uses a separate screen for each color used in the design.
So what size should I get?
Standard tees are unisex sizes, fitted shirts are ladies sizes.

SHIPPING
What shipping options do you offer?
Currently we do all our shipping through USPS Priority Mail. The price is good and delivery time is reasonably fast (2-3 business days).
How much will shipping cost me?
Costs vary based on ship location and the weight of the items in your order. To determine the cost of shipping, simply add the items you
wish to order to your cart, fill in your zip code, then click the Recalulate Shipping button. Note that
we do not charge extra for shipping, so our rates will be the same as the USPS Priority Mail advertised rates.
When will my order go out?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours. If you order on a weekend it may take a little longer.
I haven't received my order yet, has it been shipped?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, than yes, your order has been shipped. Orders take from 2-3 business days to arrive.
Why do you only ship to the US?
Right now our shopping cart only handles US orders. We'll fix this eventually, but for now if you live outside the US just contact us directly
at stuff@splitcoaststampers.com and we'll take your order.
Can I track my order status?
Yes! When your order ships you'll receive notice and a tracking number. You can track your order status online by following the link in the e-mail.
NON-U.S. ORDERS
We're currently unable to accept non-US orders through the store. If you live outside the US, contact
us at stuff@splitcoaststampers.com and we'll handle your order.
If you like, shop as normal and instead of checking out just copy and paste the contents of your
order into the body of an e-mail. Send it to us, we'll take it from there and send you an invoice that you can pay online.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order! If there's a problem, contact us for an exchange, refund or credit. Please return your item within
14 days and in like-new condition.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the
item back to us. If you can, please include your packing slip with the return.
What should I do if I need to return an item?

GIFT CERTIFICATES
How do gift certificates work?
Gift certificates are NOT sent in the mail. After purchasing you will be given instructions for either emailing the gift certificate to the
recipient or printing it on your printer for giving.
How to purchase
Gift Certificates are available for purchase from the Gift Certificate page. Look for a link on any page of the store.
How to redeem
Gift Certificates work the same way as coupons. When checking out, the recipient may enter the unique Gift Certificate code in the coupon / gift
certificate field. The amount of the certificate is deducted from the order.
How long are the gift certificates good for?
Gift Certificates are good for 1 year.
Can I use the gift certificate incrementally?
Yes, the gift certificate may be used for multiple orders. For example, if you have a $35 gift certificate and only use $30 of it, the additional
$5 can be used at a later date within the 1 year period.
Are the gift certificates refundable?
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Will I be sent a physical, printed gift certificate?
No, our gift certificates are electronic. The gift certificate codes are sent via email. The recipient will receive an email with the code and the
sender will also recieve a confirmation email with the code. If you or the recipient did not receive the email please let us know and we will
resend the email.
