Smackin’ Acetate

Markers on acetate make a marvelous background.
Supplies
- Water-based Markers, Distress markers (Tumbled Glass, Shabby Shutters and Wild Honey) used here
- Piece of acetate
- Misting bottle filled with water
- Stamps(Taylored Expressions Embrace Beauty used here)
- Ink
- Neutral cardstock
Step-by-Step

Step 1
Scribble markers on acetate.
Hint:
If you don't have a marker handy, try a water brush and re-inkers. -
Step 2
Spray water on the acetate. For a fine mist, hold the bottle about 6 inches away and spray a couple of times.

Step 3
Place acetate on neutral cardstock.

Step 4
Rub your finger over the acetate to spread the water mixture.

Step 5
Let cardstock dry.

Step 6
Stamp image on cardstock.

Step 7
Finish your card.
