Blueprints are sets of wafer-thin steel Die-namic dies that combine frames, tags and embellishment designs that coordinate for effortless card making. Each set contains multiple dies, and is likely to include background layer(s), embellishment objects, tags and/or decorative strips. Use suggested card designs that My Favorite Things provides on their website or your own ideas for card layouts. Cut the desired elements and assemble your card. Mixing elements from different Blueprints sets can be fun, as well.
Die-namics are made in the USA and work in a variety of today's popular die-cut machines. Instructions for use and suggested stack for Big Shot, Cuttlebug, Vagabond and Wizard are included on the back of each package. Die-namics will cut through: cardstock, thin chipboard, 1/4" cork, felt, acetate, sticky back canvas, fabric, denim, sandpaper, 2mm craft foam, wood veneer paper, photo magnet sheets and more.

Blueprints for Happiness
By Bev Rousch
My Favorite Things is a name that most stampers know. They're known for their quality stamps, cute images, and beautifully designed dies. I have had the pleasure of using their products before, so I knew the wonderful quality I would be working with.
The Blueprints Die-namics do not disappoint. We aren't usually told what we are reviewing until we open the mail, and since I hadn't heard about the Blueprints yet, I just sort of sat there staring at the packets wondering what on earth they were. Then it CLICKED, and I was a little gobsmacked at the GENIUS of these die packets.
I don't know about you, but I don't always have the money to buy all the dies in one series at once. With that in mind, I challenged myself to stay within one packet of dies with each card. It was completely doable and a lot of fun. Mixing them is just going to double the excitement. They cut out very easily and cleanly. The impressions are deep and add so much to your cards.
The MFT design team cards are very easy to spot online because of their great attention to detail and because of all of their layering. These Blueprints make it easy for you to layer and add those same details like the pros.
Another thing I think is great is that you get so many useful dies in one package. Sometimes I'll get a die and have a fun idea in my head, and then I'm just left staring at it like "ok, now what?". I found myself unable to stop with these. You just keep going with the ideas because all of the pieces work together and keep you inspired.
I am thrilled with these dies, and I am so thankful that they are now part of my collection.

My Favorite Things Blueprints dies are the starting point to a fabulous creation. There are a lot of dies in one great universal set, and best of all, they are interchangeable! You know what that means... you need them all..teeehehehe.
I really like the diversity of the dies. You can use them for scrap booking, as well as card making and they work for the main card layout or the smaller accents for adds ons. The precision cutting of the MFT dies is pristine. I found myself not wanting to put them down. MFT Blueprints are dies you will use over and over again for sure.
The MFT Blueprints will take your creating to sky scraper level.
Blueprints are Brilliant!
By Michelle Giraud
I'm really excited about these super cool die sets from My Favorite Things! They are called "Blueprints", and they really do provide you with building blocks for putting a card together. I used Blueprints 1-4 and did lots of mixing and matching between the four different sets, but each one has enough different elements to stand completely on its own. The sets include a dies for a large base layer, smaller layers, sentiment panels and even embellishments. Everything to make a fantastic card!
The Blueprints sets are perfect for a paper crafter on a budget because they provide a wide range of shapes and elements. It would take several full sized sets to equal the variety you get in one set of Blueprints. They would also make great starter sets for someone just getting into die cuts. For someone like me, who already has lot of dies, the Blueprints are nice to keep on my desk so I don't have to rummage through my other sets looking for the right one. I know that all the dies in the Blueprints set will work together, so I simply choose my papers and cut.
Overall this is an easy to use and well thought out product. It's quickly become one of my favorite things!
Card Layouts made easy!
By Beate Johns
I am a big fan of My Favorite Things stamp sets and dies, so I was excited when we received their new Blueprints die sets to review. I LOVE the idea of having a die set that includes all sorts of card components for different layouts in one set. I really love that each Blueprints set comes on it's own thin magnet sheet, which makes organizing and storying them so easy.
MFT also provides you several suggested card layouts for each die set, and if you have more then one Blueprints set, you can mix and match. I absolutely love these sets and know that I will continue to purchase future Blueprints sets. They go so well together!
Creating cards has never been easier.
