Our Artist in Residence answers your questions
Q: Bonnie asked: "I use VersaMark ink to stamp and then add glitter. But it doesn't stick, it keeps rubbing off. What can I do to get it to stick to the cardstock?"
A: You are right. Just using Versamark with glitter does not work. As soon as the VersaMark ink dries, the glitter will fall off. You could purchase a glue pad, stamp with that and then add glitter. You can also stamp with Versamark, then use Heat and Stick powder (Stampin' Up! calls it that, Ranger calls theirs Sticky Embossing powder). You heat that powder until it melts, then add glitter and briefly heat again. Once that Sticky Embossing powder cools, the glitter is permanent.
