Our Creative Director answers your technique questions
Q: Karen asked: "I have a simple question and feel silly that I do not remember. I used Versamark™ & put glitter over it. How do I seal the glitter so that it will not come off easily? It has been years since I have used my stamps and I am enjoying getting back into the flow - but cannot remember if this technique will work."
A: Versamark won't keep your glitter from falling off. If you want to stamp an image and then add glitter, you have different options.
- You can stamp your image in Versamark or other embossing ink and then use embossing powder that has glitter in it.
- You can stamp with a glue pad and then add glitter.
- You can stamp with Versamark, add Heat & Stick Powder, heat it and then add glitter over it and heat it quickly again to seal.

Feedback From Past Tutorials
Amanda has a suggestion for the stationery box tutorial: "The only thing I did differently was use a small thin craft magnet on the back of the address book and the box so that if it needed to be updated or changed it could be. I made this as a Mother's Day Gift with the idea that I could refill it when needed.
