Our Artist in Residence answers your questions
Q: Carolyn asked:"How do you keep the Pearl Ex from rubbing off? Do you need to spray with a matte spray when finished? Also, how can I get the directions again for using Pearl Ex? I seem to have lost my original ones."
A: I use a matte acrylic sealer when using Pearl Ex in certain techniques. There are quite a few tutorials that feature Pearl Ex in our resources section. Simply type Pearl Ex in the search box for a quick list.

    Feedback From Past Tutorials
Jamie has a suggestion for the stationery box tutorial:"Loved this project and decided to make some for a craft fair. I had one suggestion for step 5 - instead of cutting off the corners, fold them under and glue them down securely. When you add your sticky tape, start at the top of one side and keep going all the way around the box. This way you don't have to keep cutting strips for each side."
