Our Artist in Residence answers your questions
Q: Brenda asked: "I am having a problem with one of my favorite clear stamps. When inked and put on the paper, it sticks (tight) When I try to peal it off it either peels some of the paper or distorts it. I have tried several types of paper. I also washed the stamp and let it dry. Still, same problem. This is a stamp of the Bible and the store is no longer carrying it."
A: I've had some sticky clear stamps, but never that sticky. Here's what I would suggest. Get a white eraser - a Staedtler or similar - and rub that all over the stamp just as if you are erasing pencil. Then clean the stamp with your normal stamp cleaner and try again.

    Feedback From Past Tutorials
Judith has a suggestion for the Faux Washi Tape tutorial: "I stamped tissue paper and then stuck it to one side of some Sook-Wang two sided tape, cut it into strips and, voila! tissue tape."
