Beate Johns answers your technique questions
Q: Sandy asked: "How can I make textured paper without a press? I've made several attempts, some are marginal and others just didn't work. Thanks."
A: I haven't tried this yet, but I read in the forum that you can use a rolling pin with embossing folders to dry emboss your cardstock. You can find a thread explaining more here. Another thing you can try is wadding your cardstock up in a ball, spreading it out, and then swipe an ink pad over the folds for instant texture.

    Feedback From Past Tutorials
Terri has a suggestion for the Paper Pin tutorial: "I have done something similar but instead of UTEE, I coated each of the layers of paper with crystal lacquer before I assembled them. I allowed them to dry, then layered them. You would never know it was paper."
