Ask Beate
Beate Johns answers your technique questions
Q: Bernie asked: "How is the Spirelli technique done?”
A: Wrap thin gold or silver cording around a scalloped shape to create a pattern you like. The pattern is different depending how many scallops you skip when wrapping the cord around the scalloped shape.
Check our gallery for Spirelli samples
Check this forum thread where the technique was discussed.
