Hello and a Happy Monday to all! (Happy Be-lated Mother's Day to you all! Today's TLC challenge was to use embossing powder on an open image and then use some sort of watercolor technique to color your image.
The image of the turtle is from H&M Stamps which is on sale now at www.handmstamps.com (the sentiment is from PTI.
I stamped the turtle 2 times with chocolate ink onto Vanilla cardstock. The 3rd time I stamped the turtle over the top with clear embossing powder. (Very tricky to line this up, learned the technique of multiply stamping for darker images from Faith aka markie's mom) I colored the image using Earth Element re-inkers (pumpkin pie, old olive, close to cocoa)...
The sketch on this card is also for Jen Del Muros weekend sketch to try. The strips on the right side of the card are from a retired scrapin' kit from SU.

Heather, this is so pretty! The turtle is awesome, such wonderful coloring! Love the tech. you used on the image - the large button is a great touch - wonderful ribbon treatment!
