Thanks, Jen, for another fun challenge! Hope I followed the list!
The challenge was to use only scraps (except the card base) - use one embellishment - ribbon! I wanted to add more splashes of water thingy's but was afraid the embellishment patrol would come after me!
This is Timothy Turtle's coming out party! He is part of the new set Sea Life that will be available thru http://www.handmstamps.com/ to released Apr. 25th!
This is also for a double dare challenge I do with some of my SCS friends. This challenge was suggested by Joanne (SleepyinSeattle) to make a musical card! Every time I stamp this little guy I think of the song Under The Sea! I'm sure the musical score that I stamped and embossed on the scallop is from that tune! Thanks for the DDC, Joanne!

You clever girl...I love how you worked the musical score into this adorable card...I can hear the music, too!! I love your little underwater scene with the cuttled bubbles and all the sea shells...Timothy Turtle has quite a playground!! Awesome work, Francie!!

What a precious little card. I like the splattered water thingys and you showed amazing restraint, well maybe it was downright fear, in not using more than one! Good job with that!

This rocks!!!! I love the way you tucked the turtle in with the shells and the musical notes, and the bubbles texture is just perfect! I immediately started singing Under The Sea from The Little Mermaid when I saw this. Thanks for making me smile
