This is for today's COLOR CHALLENGE of Rosey Appricots.
Well I give up on the Brayer technique but I can and love to sponge so I did my own background using appricot appeal then rose red for the sky and masking for contour then I used sage shadow for the ground and stamped the tip of the fern stamp from Water Color Minis in all three colors (learned from Kittie747 fournd HERE). Colored the image with Prismacolor then blended w/Gamsol. The sentiment is stamped in rose red. I stamped the butterfly in appricot appeal and rose red then applied some stickles and glued just the mid section.
My niece is getting married this spring so I may give this to them for a wedding card.
