This card was more trouble than I would have ever imagined. Not because the card itself is hard, but because I am an idiot! Every decision I made with this card seemed to be wrong, and rather than just putting a stop to the madness, I just kept going. So here is my kickstand card for this week's sketch challenge.
I stamped the image on acetate, added glitter, and for her skin I ended up using Glossy Accents with a drop of Blush Blossom. (Long Story but it involves backwards images and is a great testimony as to why I should be in bed rather than stamping. *wink*) The rain drops are Rain Dots and I stamp-a-ma-jigged my sentiment.

Well for all you did wrong, it sure did turn out exceptionally right!! Too cute, and those raindrops, and splats are perfectly placed and how could she not be smiling wearing all that glitz?! Well done. TFS!!
