Created for the limited supplies challenge. I hope I followed all the rules - I'm such a rebel, that I have a hard time with that!
I stamped the large snowflake in sahara sand ink on white and then built the open frame all on the same piece of card stock, using scissors and my fiskars cutter. The center of the snowflake is a smaller snowflake stamped in black craft ink and clear embossed and then punched with a circle punch. The frame is popped up on dimensionals.
