And now for something a little different. Splitcoast challenges are my starting point for so many projects, so this morning I said I would use today's challenge to complete my RAK to a 6yo boy. So I was a little confused as to how I could make a tea bag holder for a little guy! So what if instead of tea, it held tattoos?
I tried Julie Buhler's No Copic No Problem technique with the SU markers on watercolour paper, and I'm a believer...I can't believe how well they work on the WC paper, and how much easier it was (for me) than ink. I made the tea bag holder to spec, except that I didn't use a wide spine, since my intention was to mount it on a card. I added a few brads, although, I did one of my favorite faux brad techniques on the corner and slit tab...that is punch a 1/8" circle and put a drop of Crystal Effects on it.
I think it turned out so cute for the little guy! What do you think?

Laura, what a great card. When I read tattoo holder on the description, I rolled my eyes, but after seeing your card. Wow. I know I never would have thought of making a tattoo holder. I guess, I have too hard of time thinking outside the box. Thanks for sharing, I never know when I may have to make a tattoo holder someday!!!
