This is so sweet. I love the nativity. . . how creative you are to sew the stable on the card. With cards like this, you could certainly give Hallmark a run for their money.

Wow, eye candy! How did you do those tiny little droplets of highlights all throughout? And do you paint on white cs or beige? Inquiring minds want to know!! This is so amazing, I love the creativity, esp the sewed on stable... who would'a thunk!? Well, you did! Wow. The details.. so great!

Hi Crissy.....The highlights are done with a little bit of white paper paint..(sometimes I use thinned acrylic white paint). I use a stylus or a toothpick to add the dots.
I used white cardstock for the image....
I masked the image and used a mop brush with a bit of close to cocoa ink on it...sort of like a dry brush...then spattered the background with an old scruffy paintbrush and brown watercolor pencil.

Completely breathtaking!! I dont even know where to begin! It is one of the most (if not THE most) beautiful card I've ever seen!!
Perfect papers, coloring, just beautiful!!!
