-The image panel is colored with watercolor pencils and blender pin.
-Ink distressing is done on all but the black edges and the white in the ribbon; it was just to white for the card.
-Tool distressing is done with a Tonic paper perforator.
-My brad mates are done by punching a 1/8” hole in the cardstock, then line up the ½” circle punch so the hole is centered. I then stamped the two, ink distressed followed by tool distressing.
- Puppies hat is cut out and glued to the card for extra dimension but I first lined up the location using a stamp positioner and stamped the spider onto the image panel. No way was I trying to cut that spider out!
-The background web is a Fiskars embossing plate run thru the Cuttlebug using plumberÂ’s gasket as a filler for space. I also mist the cardstock first.
-The white on the spider web background is Brilliance ink pad lightly rubbed on the embossing. If by chance you get a little on the lower section where itÂ’ll be seen you can erase it if youÂ’re not too heavy with the hand.
-The Canvas and Linen backgrounds are done with the finger walking technique; just ink up the image; wood side down, lay the cardstock on top and walk your figures across the edges so it doesnÂ’t cover completely. (like the yellow pages walking fingers). Then I stamped the same image in the same manner in other direction - tiny spots at a time to give it what I call a messy vintage look!
-The hat is colored with pencils and then a clear gel pen over the colors and part of the hatÂ’s lighter spots.
ThatÂ’s all I can think of!
