Here is my card for the sketch challenge - a cut out circle.
My son Josh joined the Army right out of high school and was in for 8 years in Motor Transport where he drove the jeeps and Humvees - he was in South Korea for a year and helped distribute supplies in Nicaragua after the hurricanes there.
He is very proud of his service to his country (and I am very proud of him) so I made this card for his 30th b'day which is in Sept.
I sponged everything with Peeled paint Distress ink by Ranger. The jeep, sentiment, circles and tag are up on foam adhesives.
This is a great sketch!

This card and your story warms my heart! How wonderful your son is...he sounds like a great kid and a proud american. I know as proud as he is so are you! He just love this card....It's is perfect. So glad you shared it with us!

Julia, a big Hoo-ah to your son for his service (I hope I spelled that correctly, if not, I appologize) This is a wonderful card for a wonderful son and you should be very proud of him!! I thank him for his service!! (I am married to a US Marine and he has served 24 years!!) My signature says it all!! Great card for a great challenge))))))))))
