This is my card for a challenge with a small group of friends. We were to use Basic Gray paper and and a previous sketch. I used Cookiestamper's DD sketch challenge from Saturday. This is my story.
1. All these challenges have me a little discomboobriated (I think that is the word I am looking for!) I am not even doing every single one, and I am feeling stressed, hurried and guilty for not doing every one! Oh Brother!
2. I literally had about three weeks or better to plan this card but of course I made it at the last minute and in a hurry.
3. I had a little issue with a couple of the flowers. I brayered the flowers with versamark, then embossed them with ultra thick embossing powder. Once again, even though I know better, I cut them out before I embossed them! The result of that was that a couple of them went flying and stuck to the carpet. I know, I know, shoulda held them down with those special little tweezers. Too lazy to get up and get them.
4. I am sending this card to Debi, a fellow SCSer who recently had a death in the family.
Thanks Shelly (Papermoon04) for the awesome ribbon that matched this paper perfectly!

Another beauty!!! You really nailed cookiestamper's sketch. What gorgeous paper and the cut outs are magnificent. I'm certain Debi will cherish this one. Your story is hilarious, bet all of us have had that happen...a little fiber just adds more texture, right? Great job, as always.

Great card and I think the fibers are great (even though I don't see them). I think the rules should be rewritten just to incorporate the fibers since it is a very creative process to doing this. I really like the layout of this card, too.
