I know people have shown these before, but I have to show you again, in case you missed it! I just got these rods at Ikea, and they are perfect for punches. They have longer ones, also, but these short ones fit my space better. And the best part? I think they were $1.99 or something like that. (each) Ahhh! Anyway, just had to share. I put a few diff. sizes there so you can see they work great with all the SU punches.

I love this idea - did you have trouble finding struts in the wall the correct distance apart? I would worry that the weight of the punches would pull the unit out of the wall (we rent, so this is a concern for me). I love the look and the ease though - very nice!!

I did the same thing with my punches, but got the rods at Wally World TFS!

Me again. K, to answer your questions, my hubby mounted these for me and he just used heavy-duty drywall screws, so no worries about finding struts. They are very sturdy this way.
For those that don't know about Ikea, it is a home furnishings-type store. We just barely got one here in Utah, so it is a fun new novelty for us here. I'm glad that Wal-Mart carries something like this, too, though! I didn't know that!
Oh, and if you do want to find these at Ikea, I found them in the kitchen dept. At our store they actually had a display set up sort of in an entry, but I'm sure they aren't too hard to find amongst the kitchen doo-dads.
