This is for this week's IC, when I looked at the ornament I thought, "how cute, there are sailboats on that ornament!!' I did not see trees at all till I went to the gallery and looked at other cards for the challenge!
So going with the thinking of first thought best thought, I got out the set Schooner and cuttled the swirly background and went with my sailboat inspiration. The cuttled piece is watercolored with turqupise reinkers to make the white pop, and I used some star brads from my newly reorganized embellishment stash. TFL and Happy Sailing!!

a beauty of a card....makes me want to sail away........(maybe it is the Goodship Lollipop???....not quite sure where that came to.....think my brain is a bit off today.....LOL)

Great take on the challenge! Being so far inland, I usually don't think of sailboats. These colors go great with a the sailboat theme! I see you even pulled in the star elements! Great card!
