This is my son's whose is 10 years old card making idea. He wanted to make his dad a card & wanted to know if I had any Marines stamps. He used my CTMH Marines. I showed him how to sponge stamp around the edges of the c/s on an example paper and he went from there. He got a little carried away on the sponging but I think it looks great. He mounthed the c/s onto the black. And did the same with the dog tags image. He wrote "my dad" and inserted the eyelets himself. I helped only with tying the twine into the eyelets. Amazing, he didnt even smash his fingers. He found some stickers for "my" and stamped "hero" with the CTMH stamp. He is very proud of making a homemade card, especially for his Marine dad!
My younger son wants to make one now....tomorrow!
TFL!
Bonnie (My son's name is Dallas)
