This is my card for today's sketch challenge. It is for a RAK request from Gadget19 (Kelly). Her 9 year old neice recently was awarded a part in a Peter Pan play...she is a lion! ROAR!!!! Here is a link to Kelly's request if you would like to send a card:
1. LilLuvsStampin recently made an awesome card using the Faux Leather technique (with masking tape) and inspired me to try it!
2. My husband said....that background is awesome! But you ruined it by making the lions pink! I said...you forget that you are the photographer and I am the arteest! In my world, on this day, lions are pink!
3. Note to self: Never again try to put brads through Faux Leather!
4. Roxie, you should be proud of me...I used your measurements...this card is legal! I recently had a little trouble with the Challenge Police...Roxie advised me not to answer the door after my last challenge card didn't quite qualify.....but unfortunately I did answer the door (I thought it was Ed McMann - What a let down!). Anyway, as a result of opening the door, I am on probation and must be on my best behavior!

That faux leather is really awesome! At least when you are on probation you can still stamp! The worst is when they make you hand over the goods and confiscate them. They look for any excuse to get your stamps - I can see them now in a back room in the jailhouse smokin their cigars and stamping!

Cindy, you should be a *stand-up* you made me lol again! I'm glad the television is on in the bg so no one overheard me. Anyway, pink lions for little girls rock! Love the faux leather, and the lions are adorable. You so are the *arteest*!!!! Don't let anyone tell you differently. When do you get off probation? ;)
