My rectangle measures 3 ½” by 1 ¼” on the outside green layer.
The designer paper background is dry embossed. I outlined the rectangle panel placement on the back of the paper so I knew where not to emboss under the panel so it would lie even. I was also too lazy to get out the light box and embossed by holding it up to the window.
Gems are self sticking to the flower center. Flowers are blued to the card.
Some ink distressing was done very lightly on the edges.

Accessories: Gems, embossing template and stylus, sponge, double sided tape, tacky glue...don't forget the window for embossing and everyone has one...right!

I like how you did the window embossing! It reminds those of us that don't have a light box that you really can do a good job of it!
