This is for the TLC110, Faux Shaving Cream. I needed a *guy card* for a friend who is an avid camper-hiker.
The technique is simple and fun: you ink up a solid stamp, then ink up a small stamp in a lighter color and *twist* it onto the big stamp, before stamping onto the cardstock. I used the technique on the trees and the bear. The grass stamp on the bottom is the same stamp that I used for the twisting on the larger stamps. I love the textural look that this produces.
I clear-embossed the bear, but otherwise left the card soft and quiet. It's very hard for me to keep my hands off the glitter!
Thanks for looking! Maddy

Dear Maddy... Such a great masculine card (not always easy to do well!!). I love your color choices and the sentiment is perfect!! Any guy would love to get this.

Fantastic masculine card, Maddy! I really love how those trees turned out with the faux shaving cream, and that bear looks very grizzly. The geese flying on the outside and inside of the oval is a great touch. TFS. Linda
