For today's Ways to Use it challenge: An Image with Punch.
Use your punches to make an image. I have seen several cards lately with very 3-D flowers and decided now was the time to give it a shot. Really happy with the results.
The flower was made by stamping rose red with the fine lace background and always artichoke with canvas. The petals were made by using the large oval punch, scored in the middle and sponged around the edges with rose red. The leaves were punched out with the small oval punch, scored and the end folded over. Fussed with the flower to make them look "right" and held them together with glue dots. Flower center is made by layering so saffron and rose red flowers made with the flower punch. 1/4 hole punch of chocolate chip for center then stickles for a little bling. Flower is mounted on chocolate chip stamped with weathered background, sponged with chocolate chip and layered with always artichoke. Card background is rose red stamped with linen in rose red and french script stamped in close to cocoa, ticket corner punched and sponged with chocolate chip then mounted on a chocolate chip card body. Embellishments are hodgepodge hardware, chocolate grosgrain and a couple more punched flowers with a little bling.
