SC115 came along just in time to use my new Looks Like Spring set! I've been wanting this set since I saw it & was inspired for this color scheme by a tissue box (see background of pic).
I first stamped the lt blue panel, which was the part inspired by the tissue box. The big flower was stamped in Whisper White craft ink & Ballet Blue classic ink. Orchid Opulence ink was sponged lightly in the open areas between the flowers. The panel was pierced around the edges & a white grosgrain ribbon tied around. I left the edges frayed as the look is kinda rugged.
The little "friend" panel was stamped with Night of Navy ink on white cardstock. The image was outlined with a dark Sakura Stardust pen & mounted on navy c/s. It is popped up.
The big main flower was stamped with craft white ink on navy c/s. It was cut out (phew!) & an extra large gray-blue snap was added to the center. It is also popped up.
The bottom of the card base was stamped with craft white on med blue Bazzil c/s. The top was pierced around the edges & highlighted with the dark Sakura Stardust pen again.
The middle patterned paper is by Creative Memories.

I like this a lot. I love the "frosted" look on the flowers and the argyle portion of the cad. Blue is one of my 2 favorite colors so this was a perfect card for my tastes. Ida

Wow! This took you a lot of time and I can totally appreciate all the details. It is just beautiful! Funny that you were inspired by a tissue box because I bought a huge variety pack of those smaller boxes recently and thought about how totally inspiring some of them were... I have yet to do anything about it, but wouldn't that be a funny challenge... "use your tissue box as inspiration!" LOL

So pretty!! I'm sitting here trying to figure out something to do with this set...I bought it when it was in the mini, but I haven't pulled it out since Mother's Day last year!
Thanks for helping motivate me & for sharing your creation!
