This is my entry for LSC106--limited supply challenge to use bold brights. This is really different from what I normally do and I can't decide if it's funky in a cool way or just funky wierd. I colored on a coffee filter with crayola washable markers (only bold brights type colors) then spritzed it with water and crinkled to make my own tye-dyed type background (I got the idea for coloring on the coffee filter from my son's preschool class several years ago and thought I'd try it out.) I adhered it to cardstock with spray adhesive, stamped big blossom on the back and cut out. It seemed too plain so I added some glitter. The little charm says "peace" (seemed appropriate) and the "LOVE" is Making Memories rub-on letters. Like I said this is really different for me. What do you think? Did I make it work or is it just "alright" (my DH's word).

this is very cool looking! if your DH is anything like mine he was probably watching barbarian week on the history channel when he glanced up to look at your card. seriously, they don't really understand...it's not their fault. LOL! your card ROCKS!

Oh, I'd say you definitely made it work. Love the coffee filter / tie dyed idea. Will file that away for future use! TFS and great job on the challenge!
