Had to make a birthday card for a little girl, so I thought I'd try to do it with the Technique Lover's Challenge to use frayed grosgrain ribbon. Frayed strands of celery and lilac grosgrain were used for the tag. The fringes leftovers looked like mane to me, so the giraffe got coiffed with mane, forelock, and a wispy tail. (Giraffe's do have mane, don't they? I can't remember. Well, this one does...
Image layer and tag were adhered with 3-D dots. All rectangular panels were paper pierced and faux stitched.
