Here's the second shirt in my menswear line... I don't know why, but these shirt-cards keep popping into my head. Go figure! Anyway, this is my first time to use this set, and though I love so many of the wonderful cards I've seen in the gallery, I've never been able to figure out how I would use it. I'm pretty sure this idea came to me either in a dream or when I was in that foggy state right after the alarm rings in the morning when you tell yourself you'll get up in just five more minutes.
Today's color challenge -- Cool Carribean, Elegant Eggplant, and Certainly Celery -- seemed like a good chance to try my idea out. The patterned paper is some random stuff from my stash. The flowers were stamped on Whisper White in Elegant Eggplant ink, then colored in by rubbing a blender pen on either a Cool C. or EE inkpad. Next, they were heat embossed with Ranger Polysparkle embossing powder, which gives them that waxy sheen that leis have. The button was sewn on with embroidery floss, and the sentiment was cut out using Creative Memories cutting system. The collar, flowers, and sentiment are adhered with 3-D dots.

What a cute idea. This card is wonderful! I have friends who love Hawaii and have been there 17 times. This would be a great card for one of them. Wish I knew wehre to find that fab paper! I love this card. TFS!
P.S. Hope your bunco dinner went well!
