Well, now I'm on a roll doing this Pergamano parchment craft stuff !!
This is my second card. I really like how this turned out.
I rarely make cards that open at the top but the fern stamp from Petal Prints is what I wanted to use and I wanted to emphasize the vertical line.
Pergamano is a craft using parchment or vellum paper. You can heat emboss, dry emboss, color, and paper pierce to create beautiful works of art. Here, I embossed with silver ep, then colored the paper with a blend of yellow, orange, and red. Then I added green to the leafy parts. Finally, I paper pierced and then cut the tiny "crosses" along the side (this is a bit time consuming - but worth it in my opinion). YOu can see a close up of this here:
