I thought that this would be a great way for me to start my new journey towards being happy with myself on the outside. I'm thinking that I as eventually become happier with what I look at in the mirror that I would eventually start moving my hands down......I guess we'll see! Anyways, here's the journaling.....
I rarely reveal any pictures of myself because of how critical I am of my outward appearance. Sometimes I wonÂ’t even reveal a picture of myself with Lillian if I donÂ’t like the way that I look. Fifty years from now IÂ’m afraid that when I open our familyÂ’s photo album, I wonÂ’t be in them. For this very reason, I vow to start working on the things that I know need IMPROVEMENT. I vow to start working on MY LIFE RESOLUTION.

This really hits home and you are not alone feeling the way you do... I like what you have planned for yourself and good luck on your journey to becoming happier with who you are. Great pic BTW :0)

Now I know where Lillian gets her beauty! From her mother! I can not believe that you don't like what you see. Take those hands down and smile! I can't believe how young you are either!

I absoutley love this. EVERYTHING about it. I started wearing a swim suit when my daughter was born almost 3 years ago. And at that point in my life I was the heaviest I have ever been....but I didn't want her to miss out. So, when she was 4 moths old I took her swimming. Now when we go to motels, I take my suit and swim with my daughter. Thank you for this page, I will so CASE it.

I rarely pay much attention to the scrapbook pages because I love to make cards. But, your picture really peaked my interested so I zoomed in for a closer look and read what you wrote. I know what you mean about the lack of photos in the album! Same here but mostly because I take ALL the photos. But, for your family, it IS REALLY important that you are in them too! Do it for them! I'm sure you are worth it! Anyhow, this scrap page is terrific! Absolutely loved it.
