The French Flair stamp looks like wind blowing to me, so I used it as a background for my snowflakes. The French Flair stamp is stamped on Vellum CS using White Craft ink and Detail clear EP to emboss. The snowflakes are stamped and embossed with Iridiscent Ice EP. The larger snowflake is cut out and mounted on a Dimensional. For the letters in the word JOY, I used the Kiss technique. I used Craft ink for this technique in order to emboss the letter.

Carole, you've done it again! This is so fabulous. I agree the swirl of the french stamp looks like wind, great observation. I will be casing this for sure. Never noticed the Enchante paper has some bordering blue in it!
Wow! This is beautiful. French flair is a must have for me after seeing your work. I can only hope that my attempts with this stamp will look half as good as yours. Great job!
