This is another entry for the LSC89 to use browns for a holiday card. I stamped the pine needles with Artichoke and lightly brushed the needles with reinker to give them more difinition. Then I stamped the pine cones in brown, filled them in with a brush and reinker and then stamped over again with chocolate chip craft ink and embossed with clear ep. This is a very simple card but I love the elegant look. It reminds me of the cards my mother used to send when I was little. I am 55 so that tells you how long ago that was.

Did I tell you I love what you did with the clip at the bottom. Love it. I think I need to order fantastic foliage right this minute. My peaceful wishes just won't cut it.

I love the pineboughs and pinecones! This IS very elegant and would be a great one-layered Christmas card! Love the clip and ribbon on the bottom corner too!

Simple? Me thinks not. You put a lot of definition work into this exquisite beauty! I love it! I, too, always appreciate that you explain in detail how you make your cards.
