I had so much fun with this one! Finished card size is 3.25x6.25 to fit in check envies that I have. I had gotten together with friends to stamp images and I lost track whose this dog is...I think it belongs to Joy and it's Whippersnapper. Dog is watercolored with crayons. There is Clear Glaze pen onhis bone and nose and stardust Glaze pen on his collar and outlining the flowers in the patterned paper. Paw twill is from Fabric Barn in Long Beach. Main image is popped up on dimensionals.
A couple of tips:
1. I find cutting a straight scallop edge rather challenging, however if you mount the image first and then cut with the scallop scissors right up to the edge of the main image it is pretty easy to get a straight scallop.
2. How to do a BG stamp on a card base that is too big for the stamp. In this case I placed the card base diaganol across the Houndstooth stamp. Then I masked off the Houndstooth with post-its and stamped the Paisley in both corners.

Dog Gone Cute. Love all your layers, colors and doodles. Jami, your diagonal stamped and masked BG is just so clever. Also your scalloped edge is sooo straight. Thanks for the tips. TFS Into my fav's
